Glenn Kunsman is a physician with sixteen years of experience performing SSA consultative examinations for the State of Arizona. Medico PC has provided CE services since 2010, reviewing records and examining thousands of claimants across that period.
That work produced a clear and consistent observation: the wrong documents were driving the outcomes. Not fraudulent records — real medical records that simply did not reflect the functional reality of the person they were meant to represent. The documentation problem was structural, not random, and it was costing claimants with genuine disabilities the outcomes they deserved.
Dr. Kunsman’s background spans emergency medicine, a Master of Science in Healthcare Information Systems, and enterprise software roles including Hewlett-Packard and the Arizona Department of Education. He personally architected the EMR, billing engine, and SSA EDI-5010 submission stack that Medico PC operates on today.
After years of attempting to build a solution — including failed engagements with technology firms and approaches that broke down at scale — AI-assisted development in 2025 provided the platform where deep clinical and documentary expertise could finally drive development directly. The combination that proved reliable: atomic fact extraction, abnormal signal detection as the primary evidentiary driver, and a strict prohibition on interpretation layers that failed every time they were tried.
