Troubleshooting
Don’t see “Data Export” in app: The web alternative is https://app.whoop.com/dashboard — Sign in → Profile → Privacy → Data Export.
Email didn’t arrive after 3 days: Contact Whoop support, or repeat the request.
Export contains only recent data: Request again and verify the date range option.
What we do with it
Whoop’s continuous HRV and strain/recovery scoring are particularly useful for: post-exertional malaise (ME/CFS — recovery score crashes after exertion), autonomic dysregulation (POTS — abnormal HR/HRV patterns), sleep apnea (overnight oxygen desaturations + respiratory rate variability), chronic stress/inflammation (persistently suppressed HRV). We extract clinically meaningful patterns and produce a written summary. Identifiers scrubbed before any AI processing.
