The problem we solve
Most disability denials don’t happen because the applicant isn’t actually disabled. They happen because the records don’t document the disability in the specific way SSA evaluation requires. A treating physician’s note says “patient reports severe fatigue.” An adjudicator sees one sentence of self-reported symptoms — easy to discount.

Two things make our service different
Records retrieval included. On Comprehensive and Verified tiers, we pull your records electronically from your healthcare providers through HealthEx — you authorize, we handle the rest. No mailing forms, no waiting on records departments.

What we are NOT
This service does not involve physician review of any kind. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical opinions. We do not give legal advice and we do not represent claimants at hearings. SSA and the insurance companies — not us — make all disability determinations.
Your treating physician remains the only person qualified to evaluate your medical status. A disability attorney or advocate can advise you on how to use your gap analysis. Medico Disability Services produces the documentation analysis that helps both of them do their work more effectively.
